Dave Burkholder 2008-09: Played in 24 games on the Pioneer defense … Totaled seven points on one goal and six assists … Helped the Pioneer goalies compile a .885 save percentage … Helped the penalty kill unit stop 133 of 168 power play opportunities … His lone goal of the season came on the power play in the Pioneers’ win over Johnson & Wales (11/7/08).
2007-08: Played in 13 contests … Tallied four points on three assists and one goal…Netted one power-play goal, the first of his career, against Hobart (2/15/08) … Tallied two assists in an 11-2 victory over Lebanon Valley (2/22/08) … Played three games at Division I Merrimack College during the first semester before transferring to UC.
