Will Pluff was hired in 2007 as the graduate assistant linebackers coach for the Utica College football program.

Pluff played middle linebacker for four seasons at Utica College and ranks ninth all-time in career tackles with 139. As a senior he earned team captain and Empire 8 All-Conference honorable mention status after posting 54 tackles, two sacks and one interception. He captained the 2005 Pioneers to their first-ever winning season, finishing 6-4 overall, including three key conference victories.

Pluff graduated from Utica in the spring of 2006 with a bachelor's degree in science. He was a 2002 graduate of Kenmore West High School in his hometown of Buffalo, NY.

Coach Pluff was born on June 11, 1984 and he currently resides in Utica, NY.
