Information on Fall 2008 Room Assignments
Room Assignments are being mailed to your UC e-mail account the week of July 28. Please check your inbox to find out your room assignment, roommate information, as well as important dates to keep in mind as the beginning of the year gets closer.
If you have any questions about your assignment or anything regarding living on campus for the fall semester please contact the Office of Residence Life.

Welcome to Utica College!
Welcome to the first day of your UC experience. Move-In Day is a great time for the entire UC community, and we're looking forward to helping you get moved in, settled, and ready for life on campus!
When you arrive
Enter the UC campus via the Burrstone Road entrance. There will be signs and Campus Safety officers along the route to help you find your way. Park in Lot C. (See our interactive campus map for more information. For detailed directions to the UC campus, click here.)

Do Not Go Directly To Your Residence Hall
Two-step move-in process
Moving in to your residence hall at UC is a simple, two-step process. Here's how it works:
STEP ONE: Go to the Welcome Center
The Welcome Center is located in the Ellen Knower Clark Lounge in Strebel Student Center (see campus map) and will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m on Move-In Day (Sunday, August 24, 2008). This is your first stop in finishing your enrollment process. Be sure to bring your UC ID to complete this process. The Welcome Center includes:
- UC volunteers to greet you
- Refreshments
- Information about the local area,
including shopping and dining options - Alumni and Parent Relations staff
with Homecoming 2008 info - Representatives from local banks
and Time Warner Cable - Your residence hall keys
Welcome Center services open for first-year students at 9:00 a.m. and for returning students at 12:00 noon. For details, click here.
STEP TWO: Move in to your residence hall
Once you have completed your business at the Welcome Center, you can move right in! Go to your assigned residence hall (again - see the campus map for directions). First year students will be greeted by current UC students, faculty, and staff, who will be happy to assist you with unloading your vehicles and carrying your belongings up to your room.
