A Message From the Class Gift Committee
To Fellow Classmates,
In a few weeks, we will enter the next phase of our lives. Utica College has given us the opportunity to transform from young and eager students to educated and dynamic individuals who will continue to take the world by storm. Following with tradition, we would like to commemorate our time well spent with a gift that will be beneficial to the entire College community.
To cement our legacy at Utica College, our goal is to raise enough money in hopes to purchase a gazebo. This new lounge area will be placed on the lawn behind the Strebel Student Center. Whether you are a residential or commuting student of the college, the gazebo will be available for you to find a relaxing space to study or hang out with friends. In addition, we hope to enhance the campus aura by providing the remaining and future student body with an additional area to channel its inner pioneering spirit and make the UC experience one to always remember.
We are bursting with excitement about our gift and what it will mean for the progression of the College, but we need your help. Our goal is to raise enough money to assist with the cost of leaving our legacy. You can give any amount you feel comfortable with. We would like to ask for a gift of $20.12 to celebrate our graduating year, but the amount is not important as long as you give. You can make your gift online at www.utica.edu/donate (be sure to select “Class Gift” in the drop-down under “Apply Donation To”). If writing a check, make it out to Utica College, please indicate on the memo line “Class of 2012 Gift” and send it to the Office of Advancement.
