Graduation Day, Sunday, May 16, 2010, will be here before you know it!

Graduates after procession Graduation is at 11:00am, Sunday, May 16th at the Utica Memorial Auditorium, Oriskany Blvd., Utica NY. 

To aid you in your planning for this big day and the week of events leading up to that day, we have prepared this Web site. Inside you will find information on:

To assist us in planning, it is important that you read all of this information carefully and follow the deadlines published. We want to make this the best Senior Week ever and we need your help. Please be sure to fill out the ticket request form and return it as soon as possible to insure that you will be able to participate in all of the events.

To assist your parents, family and friends in sharing this day with you, Please encourage your family to make reservations early, as this weekend is sure to be a busy one in the Mohawk Valley.   Parents, do you wish to pre-order flowers for your graduate?  Follow this link to the florist that provides flowers on site at the Aud. during Commencement.   Those requiring special assistance should contact alumni and parent relations at (315) 792-3025. 

Persons with hearing loss should plan to sit in section 102 in order to be in close proximity to our signers.

Please note that handicap seating is extremely limited and is based on a first come, first serve basis.

In regards to parking, families and guests are encouraged to park in the ample parking areas on the Utica College campus, and ride the shuttle buses to and from the Auditorium.  Buses will load in front of Strebel Student Center starting at 9:30 AM, and will return guests to campus immediately following the ceremony.  Campus parking is free, as are the shuttle buses.
 
If you do decide to drive to the Auditorium, please understand that parking there is very limited.  There is also no charge to park in the Auditorium lot.

A photographer will be present at commencement, photos will be sent to the students UC e-mail within 72 hours after the ceremony.
