Photos week was epic they through an amazing banquet that had great food, performances and great people it was nice to be apart of a great event and it was even more meaningful that I was able to be award sat with an award from one of the biggest leaders on this campus in every part of Utica College making it better and better every day. The award that I was given was the friendship award and it means a lot to me not just because it’s a great award but because of the people who gave me the ward so thank you so much to the brothers of Phi Iota Alpha fraternity, INC.

What an amazing weekend

Nov 3, 2014 | Author: Juwan Wilson

This week was great, it was our first and only weekend without a football game this year and it just so happened to be Halloween week. Last year around this time I didn’t have as much fun has I have done this year and I guess due to the fact that you got to learn I mean as a freshman, I was the type of person that was ready to have fun, but I was uptight still and this year was little better I let things just work themselves out and I just enjoyed every day at being at school. And this week made it great was just the best weekend I have ever had school so big ups to everyone who throw a great party and ups to the city of Utica on knowing how to have fun , party, and keep it all safe

Halloween

Oct 27, 2014 | Author: Juwan Wilson

Hey guys, how are you doing? This week is a major week for all those people who just want one night to be something other than who they really are. Yes, it’s that time again: Halloween!!! So go to Party City, Walmart, or any place that sells costumes, and get ready for a great week at UC.

Last year, I was thinking that Halloween at college is not even celebrated; it’s just another day. But I was so wrong. People really go all out, but it’s cool and fun. I really advise you guys to go out this weekend with your fellow UC student and have fun.

SORRY!

HOW ARE YOU GUYS DOING !!! I know it’s been a while since I posted a blog and I’m sorry schools and football has just been so crazy. I just want to thank everyone for coming out and supporting us this past sat at the game and helping us go 4-0 we play for you guys and the whole city of Utica.  Today’s blog is about managing time over this past week I found out that I wasn’t doing my best job of managing my time I was so stressed and I never want to feel like that again because it really  screws up a lot of other things just like a domino effect. So make sure you’re using your Sundays wisely to get all homework done make sure that you have your week plan out and maybe even get a nice jump start on some later projects.

Never 2 Early

Sep 16, 2014 | Author: Juwan Wilson

So I know everyone has  heard its never too late for anything, right? Well its never to early for anything either. I know school just started about three weeks ago and you maybe didn’t have a test yet, but think about getting a tutor or seeking help  from someone in classes you think will be challenging. Now this post is more toward freshmen because seeking help is not something you probably want to do  three weeks in on being by yourself, but in fact by asking for help you show true maturity and responsibility because you are seeking to be better than just average and that’s always a good thing. Now this was just something short I felt everyone, but more freshmen should be aware of because I know last year I could have had a 3.5 and not a 3.0 if I stood up and asked for help.

Welcome Back

Sep 1, 2014 | Author: Juwan Wilson

Hi everyone I would like to just say welcome back to all the returning students and a big welcome to our incoming freshmen. My name is Juwan Wilson I’m a sophomore at UC and I’m excited to be back. This post is what we call in football a warm up. Something to get you off your feet , hyped , and ready to go for this school year. First things first, last semester is behind us so that 3.0 , 3.5 even 4.0 means nothing you are now sitting with a 0.0. That also applies to that 2.0 , 2.5 its time to work . Get yourself organized and ready to achieve all the things you didn’t get a chance to last year. Make sure you’re taking advantage of all the resources early so there’s no worries when problems arise. For the new comers make sure you are starting your college academic career off the right way. Which means to get your head in the books early. Thank you guys again and I wish you guys a successful school year

Campus Security

Apr 30, 2014 | Author: Juwan Wilson

real random post but i love the campus security at UC like here mad cool i mean i know at other places there might be some conflict but here there really cool i mean don’t get me wrong like they don’t pay games when it comes to breaking the rules but other than that they really respect you as a person and give you respect. I really have a great relationship with these women and man. i’m really thankful for having these people in my life to not only keep me safe but to talk with and share my concerns with. i just thought i should really let you guys know about the great job that this campus security really does thank you

FINALS WEEK

Apr 28, 2014 | Author: Juwan Wilson

you can smell the summer air , your shorts and tank tops are calling your name. you can see the beaches from your dorm room windows. It could only mean that school is coming to an end and that means FINaLS are here. Now i know I’m only a freshmen but i do have some quick and easy steps to stay on top of your finals and get ready for the summer.

STEP 1 : Don’t Procrastinate

when you procrastinate you find your self in trouble , because then the work starts to pile up and we all know the clock loves to faster when the work piles up

STEP 2: No Marathon Studying

When your studying you need to know when to take a break. Marathon Studying does nothing for you but blow your head up into a million pieces.

STEP 3: Don’t Forgot To Sleep

sleeping is the most important thing … have a great night sleep or nap can be the difference between A or B

i hope that this info was helpful Peace , Love , and Good Grades
