Forum To Discuss Local Human Rights Commission

Pi Sigma Alpha Welcomes Kristina Andreotta

Please join the Utica College Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society on Friday, Dec. 1 at 7 p.m. in the Carbone Family Auditorium in the Economic Crime, Justice Studies and Cybersecurity building for its Fall Speaker Series.
This semester’s event will feature a discussion titled “Moving Beyond Diversity to Racial Justice” given by Kristina Andreotta of the Central New York Citizen Action chapter. Andreotta will address the local effort to reactivate the Human Rights Commission in Utica, as well as other main issues affecting low-income and communities of color.
Citizen Action of New York is a grassroots organization committed to a fair, equitable, democratic society advocating for the interests of children, families, seniors, and disabled in Central New York.
