Bob Barr, former member of Congress, will be the featured Campus Theme speaker for Spring 2006.

Bob Barr represented the 7th District of Georgia in the U. S. House of Representatives from 1995 to 2003. He currently occupies the 21st Century Liberties Chair for Freedom and Privacy at the American Conservative Union and serves as a Board Member of the National Rifle Association. Mr. Barr provides advice to several organizations, including consulting on privacy issues with the ACLU. He is a frequent contributor to CNN, a published author and columnist, and host of a nationally syndicated radio talk show. His most recent book is entitled The Meaning of Is, The Squandered Impeachment And Wasted Legacy of William Jefferson Clinton, published by Stroud & Hall.

Mr. Barr will be at Utica College on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 to offer his perspective on this year's Campus Theme, Dissent In A Free Society
