It will be forwarded to all relevant internal grant reviewers (Academic Dean, Institutional Advancement, etc.). Complete this form as early as possible (at least four weeks prior to submission deadline if known).

Grant proposals must be approved by the appropriate college officials prior to being submitted. Project directors should make every effort to complete this form as early as possible in the proposal process.
