Services Provided

• Provide faculty, staff and students with General Ledger account information on request ie: account detail reports, budget reports
  
   
• Assist faculty, staff & students with the preparation and processing of accounts payable vouchers (agency accounts) and travel expense advances/reimbursements
  
   
• Maintain accurate financial records for the restricted/endowment accounts, and charitable trusts held by the college
  
   
• Maintain the college bank accounts
  
   
• Prepare state and federal tax returns
  
   
• Reconcile accounts within the institution with state and federal agencies
  
   
• Maintain general ledger and subsidiary accounts for revenue accounts
