Your first assignment is to make a weekly schedule similar to the one that I passed out in class on Tuesday.
The schedule should be a generic template for a typical week of school. It should include all of your classes, your work schedule, your meals, and the activities that you plan to participate in. Make sure you block off enough time for homework and studying! Your schedule should also allow for the time it takes to get to and from a particular event. For instance, I do not work out for 2 hours every day. The time that I blocked off includes the time it takes to get to and from the gym, as well as the time it takes me to shower, clean up, and get ready for my next scheduled event.
