Exemption from the TOEFL Requirement
Graduate Applicants
Graduate applicants may be exempted from the TOEFL requirement if they can present proof of one of the following:
- Applicant has completed a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution
- Applicant has attended secondary or postsecondary educational institutions that have U.S. accreditation or the equivalent where English is the principal language of instruction for at least 4 years of full-time enrollment.
- Applicant has received a passing score on IB English (HL or SL), IGCSE, WASSCE, CAPE, O levels, A levels or AP.
- Applicant has completed two College Level English writing courses with a grade of “C” or better from a regionally accredited institution in the U.S
- Applicant was educated in one of countries from the list below:
