Umail: Get Ready for your first year at Utica

Utica University

Hi Pioneer,

This UMail introduces you to Utica University's Office of Learning Services, which provides advisement, advocacy, and academic support to:

  • students who identify themselves as having a disability, or
  • students who may experience academic difficulties.

Who should contact learning services

Students who:
  • have used an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan in high school, or
  • have a physical, health, or other disability

...should contact the Office of Learning Services as soon as possible, so they can review records, determine current needs, and establish appropriate accommodations for you.

A Utica education empowers our students to make active decisions at every stage of their college experience. The Office of Learning Services staff will serve as your advisors and advocates, and work with you on a regular basis from the day you arrive to the day you graduate. These individuals will help you on a personal level toward achieving a uniquely Utica education.
