"Kirikou and the Men and Women"

Utica, NY (02/12/2014) - On Thursday, Feb. 13, Film@UC will present the 2012 French film “Kirikou and the Men and Women” as part of Utica College’s Cultural Events series.The film, an animated collection of short fables, follows the tale of Kirikou, the village’s “little hero.” The small boy saves the village from both supernatural and human forces using his speed, cunning and humor. His innocent knowledge about the world guides him in his various quests to save his family and friends.
This film is free and open to the public, and will be shown in the Macfarlane Auditorium in the college’s DePerno Hall at 7 p.m. For more information, call (315) 792-3047 or visit utica.edu/culture.
