UC Student Groups Sponsor Conversation Series

First Guest Utica Mayor-Elect Palmieri

Utica, NY (12/05/2011) - Two student organizations at Utica College have joined forces to begin a new series at the college.  The groups have invited Utica mayor-elect Robert Palmieri to speak at the first in a Conversation Series on Thursday, Dec. 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the Willard Hall Conference Room, DePerno Hall, at the college.

This event is free and open to the public.

Palmieri will speak on his future vision for the city of Utica.

Palmieri was one of five candidates for the position earlier this year.

The event is co-sponsored by the UC Political Science Honor Society, a new organization on campus, and the James Sherman Society.
