Utica, NY (10/06/2010) - James Farr, information security officer/instructional technologist, and Kateri Henkel, director of learning services, will discuss techniques to make visual classroom material more accessible to students with disabilities. The presentation, "PowerPoint: Options for Accessibility," will be held Thursday, Oct. 7 at 3:30 p.m. in Willard Conference Room, DePerno Hall, Utica College.The presenters will discuss utilizing advanced features such as closed captioning and voice readers, as well as other techniques.
The presentation is free and open to the campus community.
