UC to Showcase "Where the Jobs Are"


Annual Career Fair Opens Doors for Students

Utica, NY (04/09/2007) - Utica College's Office of Career Services will host its annual Career Expo 2007 on Wednesday, April 11, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. in the Library Concourse.
The expo will bring more than 60 businesses to campus with employment opportunities, co-ops and internships.
Employers and recruiters from local, regional and national companies such as ConMed, Kinney Drugs, and Bank of America will be represented. In addition, specialty employers such as Rome Labs, Indium and Bassett Health Care will have booths at the expo.
Visitors are encouraged to bring copies of their resume with them to the expo. The event is free and open to the public.
UC’s Career Services helps teach skills to students in setting personal goals and making decisions. Its services also include assistance with resume writing, mock interviews, and job searches.
