What does Update Listing Mean?

Tutorial Information

If want to know if any new messages have come in while you are using the mail tool, the Update Listing will refresh your screen. If there any new messages while you were in the mail tool, they will show up in the listing.

You can view the tutorial in two other ways. The Adobe Acrobat Format allows you print out the tutorial with page breaks in appropriate places. The Movie Format allows you view actual screen shots and mouse movements in much more dynamic fashion. Below are the links to the tutorial information in other formats:

Updating the Listing

1. Click the Update Listing button to see if any new messages have been sent while you are still using the mail tool. (See Fig. U1-1)



2. If any new messages have been sent, they will show up after clicking on the Update listing button. (See Fig. U1-2)
