What does Compiling Messages Mean?

This feature allows you to select mail messages, compile them into one file, and print out all the messages. This is a nice feature if you want to read a number of messages instead of clicking on each one individual. You can even download the messages and create a text file of all the compiled ones.

You can view the tutorial in two other ways. The Adobe Acrobat Format allows you print out the tutorial with page breaks in appropriate places. The Movie Format allows you view actual screen shots and mouse movements in much more dynamic fashion. Below are the links to the tutorial information in other formats:

How to Add Text to an Image



1. Click on the checkbox next each message you with to view together. NOTE - If you want to select all the messages, click on the checkbox next the "Subject" column heading. (See Fig. C1-1)

2. Click on Compile link. (See Fig. C1-2)

3. The messages will appear on one web page. You can now print or download the compiled messages. Downloading the messages will create a text file that can be saved on your machine. (See Fig. C1-3)
