Academic Support Services

As each new academic year begins, we can all feel a little overwhelmed. The staff of Utica College's Academic Support Services Center, with years of experience offering confidential, goal-oriented counseling services, are trained to help students address a variety of academic and personal concerns.

Whether you are having difficulty choosing a major or need assistance with a personal issue, they are here to provide you with direct counseling services or with referrals to alternate agencies. Business Office

Students with financial questions, or seeking billing or payment information, should contact the Business Office at (315) 792-3015 or by e-mail: gtuttle@utica.edu.

Utica College accepts payment by check, American Express, Discover, Master Card, and VISA. Payment by credit card may be made to the Division of Graduate and Continuing Education at (315) 792-3001 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST or online at UC's Online Payment Portal.

Deferred payments are available with a deposit and installment billings. For additional information on deferred payments, contact the Business Office at (315) 792-3015 or by e-mail: gtuttle@utica.edu.

For students whose employer is paying their tuition, Utica College also offers an Employer Tuition Deferral program that defers payment of tuition until thirty days after the conclusion of the course. To participate in the program a student must submit a completed Employer Tuition Deferral Form signed by both the student and an authorized company representative. Completed forms should be mailed to: Business Office, Utica College, 1600 Burrstone Road, Utica, NY, 13502.

Career Services

Career Services works with both students and alumni, including our online learners, in developing career goals, seeking employment and applying to graduate school. The staff provides individual career counseling, consulting sessions, resume referrals, and can arrange interviews with prospective employers. Visit the Career Services site.

Financial Aid

Registrar

Students experiencing difficulty with a registration, seeking an official transcript, or having other questions about course registrations should contact the Registrar's Office at (315) 792-3393 or by e-mail: vviscosi@utica.edu.

Students with Disabilities

Online courses make use of technologies that may require special accommodations for use by students with disabilities.
