Criminal Justice Student Association/CJ Club
As you walk through your college years, come, be a part of Criminal Justice Student Association (CJSA), also known as The Criminal Justice club. We invite students from all majors to be a part of the learning experience that aims at all round development. CJSA is a student body that organizes itself through meetings and fundraisers. It has utilized that money towards ride-along trips to New York; DC Trip and Trip to Canada in the past. These trips include visits to places of interest in the field of criminal justice as well as interaction with professionals and experts. Most of all, it is an opportunity to be with other students going through the same challenges and learning processes.
Dr. Divya Sharma has been the faculty advisor to the CJSA since Spring 2006. All along, it has benefited from the experience and guidance of Professors Bruce McBride and K. Choo. At the crux, however, it is the effort, hard work and initiative of the CJSA members that keeps it strong, and keeps it going.
In Spring 2008, the CJSA members designed new T-shirts that are now available for sale. Please contact the CJSA President, Vice President or Treasurer for further information.
