SPECIAL PRESENTATION:
Drums Along the Mohawk
[John Ford, USA, 1939, 104 min.]

To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the novel by Walter D. Edmonds, we show this classic in connection with Dr. Frank Bergmann's ENG 600 Selected Topics course. Although Ford took liberties with the text, the film, starring Henry Fonda, Claudette Colbert, and Edna May Oliver, is a riveting account of how the Revolutionary War played out in the Mohawk Valley.
