Biography
Professor Todorov is an assistant professor of construction mangement at UC. He is currently completing his Ph.D. in civil engineering at the L.C. College of Engineering and Computer Science at Syracuse University.
Prior to coming to UC, Professor Todorov taught at Onondaga Community College and was a department manager at RAM-TECH Engineers, PC, Syracuse.
