The Criminal Justice - Economic Crime Investigation (CJ/ECI) major at Utica College is the first academic program of its kind in the country. The combined study of criminal justice, accounting, and computer science offers students highly-marketable skills in a world where technology-based crime and business fraud are on the rise.

Coursework

CJ/ECI is designed to provide in-depth understanding of economic and computer-based crime, as well as enhanced investigative skills. Courses cover a variety of topics, including:

economic crime • criminal justice • law • sociology

Students may select one of two areas of concentration
