About This Year's Conference

Data breaches and security lapses in cyberspace hit the front page every day, severely impacting your business plan and your bottom line. Global cyber losses continue to grow - exceeding $1 trillion in 2009 (McAfee) - as technology and globalization combine to present a rising tide of new risks to businesses and governments and new challenges to investigators and compliance professionals. This year’s conference features recognized experts who will focus on this global phenomenon, addressing risks posed by major events and scenarios; detailing responses by governments and corporations through prevention, detection, and investigation; and formulating remedies and solutions to various attack vectors. The conference theme and content are examined in two distinct tracks: economic crime, and cybersecurity, highlighting the interdisciplinary nature of the global war on cybercrime.
