- Utica College’s Center for Identity Management and Information Protection (CIMIP) will host a presentation , “Identity Theft Protection,” by fraud expert R. Andrew Wilson on Wednesday, Feb. 4 at 7 p.m. in UC’s new Economic Crime and Justice Studies building auditorium. The talk is free and open to the public.

The lecture will address the threats posed by identity theft and ways companies, governments and other organizations can protect their systems. Wilson is one of the country’s preeminent authorities on identity theft. His firm has conducted criminal, civil and financial investigations for both governments and corporations and has untangled complex financial schemes involving bank, insurance and corporate fraud.
