Network Services
The purpose of Network Services is to provide the campus with a data network that is stable, secure, and technologically modern. Network Services provides users with file, application and print services on multiple platforms, as well as Internet access via a T1 line and modem pool. Network Services is also responsible for protecting the network against security breaches from external and internal sources by maintaining a firewall. In order to remain current, Network Services must also continually implement upgrades, install new equipment, and train employees to meet the prevailing technology.
Problems:
Any problems that you experience with the network should be reported to the Help Desk at (315) 792-3115.
