Angel upgrade to 8.0


Angel Management System has an upgrade available that supports Safari. This may significantly help students with iPads. When could this upgrade take place?

  I'll pass your question onto our e-Learning specialists.  Typically upgrades like this take a long time because they require testing, re-training, and downtime for server upgrades.  For now we recommend Firefox for PC, Mac, and Linux.  For mobile devices there is a blackboard mobile app that may work for you.  It's a little limited in functionality, but it may help.

Thank you. The blackboard app will allow me to log into angel? you explain how that works or where the directions for that are? Thank you!

If you use an iPhone or other iOS device, use the App Store to search for BlackBoard Mobile.  I believe it should work on Android as well, but I haven't tested it personally.  Once you have it installed open the app and search for Utica College.  Once you tap on the result it will ask you to login.  I hope that helps.
