What Emails Transfer
Will my emails move from WebMail to Google?
All the email messages that are currently in our WebMail system will be transferred over to the Google system. Messages will still be in the same folders as well, so if you have emails organized into folders they'll show up the same way in Google.
The only way something would not move over is if you were using some software program like Outlook or Thunderbird and had used that to Archive or download messages from the server. This usually only happens in campus offices with people who get a lot of emails.
