Computer User Services



Utica College offers a diverse computing environment, maintained by the Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS) division. IITS' goal is to deliver dependable, high quality integrated technology facilities and services in support of our students, faculty, and administration. The achievement of this mission will result in integrated technology services that enhance both the quality and reliability of the students' educational experience.

The College maintains eight computer labs, three mobile laptop labs, and a Computer Help Desk. We provide convenient computer access and assistance to students, faculty, and staff. If in-depth assistance is necessary, one-on-one appointments can be arranged by calling the Computer Help Desk at extension 3115 or via e-mail to helpdesk@utica.edu. We also offer basic help through computer lab assistants.

Utica College is offering more and more courses that require computer use. UC does not require students to own a computer, however many students find it preferable to have their own.
