Registration Guidelines

Early registration is encouraged. Registration is ongoing and is accepted through the program start date, subject to space availability. Utica College offers four easy ways to register:

Registration is accepted in 124/125 Addison Miller White Hall during these business hours:

Monday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. 
Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Many programs offer online registration. Please reference specific program registration information. 

Payment Methods

Utica College offers these convenient options:

By Company Direct Invoice

If your employer will accept direct billing from Utica College, we will invoice your employer for professional development courses. Indicate the company direct invoice option on the registration form and include the name of the individual within your company who should receive an invoice. 

By Credit Card
Utica College currently accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Indicate the credit card option n the registration form and include credit card information.

By Check
Utica College accepts both personal and company checks. Please make checks payable to Utica College.

Refunds

Full refunds are granted prior to the start of a program. Call 792-3344 for more information. No refunds are granted after the start of the program. Some programs have refund deadlines and may incur a withdrawal penalty. Please see specific program brochures for details.
